Orchids Cleaning Service started with a simple idea: everyone deserves to come home to a clean space, and every business deserves a workplace that reflects professionalism. Owner Eloida "Eli" Velasquez founded the company over 12 years ago in Hendersonville, NC, bringing her passion for cleaning and attention to detail to homes and businesses throughout Western North Carolina.
The name "Orchids" comes from Eli's favorite flower. Just as orchids require careful attention to thrive, a truly clean space requires someone who notices the details others miss. That philosophy guides everything we do.

Over the years, she's cleaned just about every type of space you can imagine: homes, apartments, offices, banks, churches, medical facilities, factories, and funeral homes. We've handled routine cleanings and tough jobs alike. When Hurricane Helene swept through Western North Carolina, our team was there to help with cleanup and recovery efforts. Whether your space needs regular maintenance or has been through something unexpected, we have the experience to get it done right.

Our team size adjusts to fit each job. For a standard home cleaning, you might see one or two of us. For larger commercial projects or construction cleanups, we bring the crew needed to get the job done efficiently without cutting corners.

Serving Western North Carolina
Our home base is Hendersonville, NC, but we serve communities throughout the region. If you're within 45 minutes of Hendersonville, we'd be happy to work with you. Our service area includes Henderson, Buncombe, Transylvania, Polk, and Rutherford counties.
We don't charge extra for travel within our service area. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Getting started with Orchids Cleaning Service is straightforward:
Free Estimates: Every space is different, so we provide free estimates before any work begins. This way, you know exactly what to expect with no surprises.
Flexible Scheduling: We're available Monday through Friday, typically between 8am and 5pm, with weekend availability when needed. We understand that your schedule is busy, and we'll work with you to find times that fit.
Book Ahead or Last Minute: While we prefer a week or two notice, we understand that life doesn't always cooperate. If you need cleaning sooner, contact us and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Payment Your Way: We accept cash or check, whichever works better for you. Some clients prefer to pay before we start; others prefer to pay after we finish. We're flexible either way.
